Hydrate properly and optimally
Hydrate properly and optimally
Superieur helps your body perform better during exercise by providing the full complement of minerals in a proper balance without interfering with the normal control systems your body has. Our mission…replace what you USE, not what you lose. If you try replacing all of the electrolytes you lose in equal amounts, several triggers may create problems such as GI distress, cramping, muscle spasms and edema.
More Endurance / Reduced Fatigue / Better Performance
More Endurance / Reduced Fatigue / Better Performance
Because Superieur keeps you hydrated, your blood’s viscosity will not increase, your plasma volume remains normal. Being hydrated means your cardiac output is maximal, your heart rate will be lower than when dehydrated, you can maintain optimal body temp and prevent a decrease in physical performance.
Maintain muscle elasticity and prevent cramping
Maintain muscle elasticity and prevent cramping
Superieur is the most complete formula on the market, providing a balance of all electrolytes from multiple sources of plant extracts and sea minerals. This means your body will be properly hydrated and able to maintain optimal muscle function.
Easy on the stomach
Easy on the stomach
Superieur has no sugar! This means you don’t have to worry about blood sugar spikes when you consume it. It also means it won’t sit in your gut while you are exercising, drinks with sugar can cause GI distress and also cause your body to send blood to the GI system to assist the process there, meaning it is diverting it away from your muscles. It is also absorbed quickly because Superieur’s osmolality and it’s ingredients are bioavailable.
Better recovery
Better recovery
After a long run or a hard effort, your body wants a good recovery. Drinking Superieur within 20 minutes of completing your effort restores electrolytes to your system, helps bring you back to a hydrated level and allows your body to more efficiently and effectively utilize the fats, proteins and carbs you consume from food sources to boost your recovery.
“The obsession with running is really an obsession with the potential for more and more life.”

“Give a man a fish and feed him for a day. Teach a man to fish and feed him for a lifetime. Teach a man to cycle and he will realize fishing is stupid and boring”

Hydrate well before activity
Before You
Begin
You want to ensure you are beginning your activity well hydrated, putting our body in a position to perform optimally.
2-3 Hours
Before
Drink about 15-20 fl oz of water with Superieur Electrolytes 2-3 hours before you exercise.
10-15 Minutes
Before
Drink another 8-10 fl oz of water with Superieur Electrolytes 10-15min before you exercise.
Hydrate well during exercise.
If you are exercising or competing for more than an hour, drink 8 fl oz of water with Superieur Electrolytes every 15-20 minutes. After one hour, your body needs to replace the electrolytes you are USING. If you try replacing all of the electrolytes you lose in equal amounts, several triggers may create problems such as GI distress, cramping, muscle spasms and endema. Superieur helps your body perform better during exercise by providing the full complement of minerals in a proper balance without interfering with the normal control systems your body has.
Hydrate well after exercise.
Taking on water with Superieur Electrolytes after you exercise is critical to replacing fluid loss and helping your body to recover more quickly. If you sweat heavily, are working out indoors, or going for a long run, be aware of your level of fluid loss. You can achieve this by weighing yourself before and after you run and drinking 20-24 fl oz of water with Superieur for every 1 lb lost.
Hydrate well when it is hot. Hydrate well when it is cold.
If you are running outside in the cold weather, it is just as important to monitor your fluid intake as it is when it is hot! Wearing technical clothing and layering during your winter runs can actually cause your body to sweat more. Because your shirt is wicking the sweat off of your body and transferring it to the next layer, your body can begin to sweat more in an effort to control your body temp. Additionally, we tend to not be as aware of taking on fluids when it is cold, so you may already be in a state of partial dehydration. If you live in an altitude area where it is dry, or a location with low relative humidity, you will also be humidifying the air you are breathing as it enters your body.
“Even mild dehydration that can occur during the course of our ordinary daily activities can degrade how we are feeling – especially for women, who appear to be more susceptible to the adverse effects of low levels of dehydration than men,”
